Our collection of blank flat bottom pouches, can also be known as box bottom bags or sometimes block bottom bags. The construction is the same with a flat and stable base which gives a solid foundation that won’t topple over easily.
Compared to stand up pouches, flat bottom pouches and box bottom bags take up less space on the shelf and the flat front and back sides give a great space to present your branding. Our flat bottom pouches have normal resealable zippers and box bottom bags have a tear off zipper / rip zip.
Coffee is the most popular use for our flat bottom pouches and box bottom bags. Options are available for a one-way degassing valve, allowing CO2 to escape without letting the air to enter in and spoiling the product’s freshness. Tea, supplements and food are also packaged in this style of pouch and give the same fantastic barrier levels to keep your product safe and secure. Finish
“First impression is the last impression”. The finish of pouches really makes a big difference on the shelf. To cater to different needs and tastes, we offer three finish options to get in your final product: Matt, Shiny, and Mixed. Mixed combines two finishes with one side clear and the other side is the finish you choose, like black shiny.

Face Material
Consider the outer layer of the pouch as the face that proudly carries your brand. When it comes to paper, the options are classic white or wholesome brown. On the plastic front, the palette expands, offering a spectrum of colours such as white, black, silver, gold and so on.

Due to the light sensitive nature of coffee we do not offer flat bottom pouches and box bottom bags with a window. So you can be sure that your product will be safer in our packaging.

Coffee Valve
Roasted coffee beans release CO2 over time, which is crucial to maintaining freshness. To achieve this, our coffee pouch for roasted beans has a one-way coffee valve, allowing CO2 to escape without letting air in. On the other hand, ground coffee doesn’t require a valve, aso we have options without valves to suit your coffee packaging needs.
