Delivery

We keep a wide range of stock products in our central UK warehouse, and to offer free delivery on all UK mainland orders over £20. Non UK mainland orders will have a supplementary delivery charge added. We aim to dispatch orders on the same working day if placed before 1pm.  

Damaged Goods
If you notice any damage to the outer packaging of the goods, please sign as “DAMAGED” when accepting the delivery and notify us by email with photo evidence within 24 hours. This will enable us to claim for the damage with the carrier. If both of these conditions are not met, the carrier may not be able to accept your claim for damaged goods. 

Missing Deliveries
You must notify Pogo Packaging by email or phone if you have not received your order within 7 working days of the ‘order dispatched’ notification email. If you notify us any later than this we may not be able to claim for lost goods with the carrier. 

Late Deliveries
Most deliveries should be arriving with you in 2-3 working days, depending on location and on delivery service chosen. Unfortunately the carriers sometimes encounter delays that are outside of our control and we cannot accept liability for that. Although we will do all that we can to contact the carrier and help resolve any issues where possible and seek partial refunds if a timed delivery service has been chosen and not received. 

Returns

No hassle 14 day returns
If you change your mind or no longer require any of our blank (unprinted) pouches, we will accept a return request within 14 working days of delivery. We will process an exchange for a different item or refund (minus our initial delivery costs) within 7 working days of the items arriving back with us. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of the return request and be in the original packaging and must not be used, as we cannot accept used or non-original items back due to food safety contamination risks. Please arrange your own return delivery, but we strongly recommend a tracked & insured service as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit when travelling back to us.

Incorrect or faulty items
Correcting these rare instances is extremely important to us and we will strive correct it quickly by replacement or refund to original payment method. Your full legal rights are assured. You must inform us of any issues within 28 days of delivery.

Custom Products
Custom printed or custom made products of any kind can only be returned if defective, in which case a replacement will be provided. The same 28 day notice period (as above) applies. 
We always provide a printed sample to you before processing the full order quantity and the printed sample is yours to confirm it’s suitability before proceeding.
